Jos et vielä tiedä, Buff and Shine Manufacturingin Reflection Artist™ Pad line on valikoitu yhdistelmä alan innovatiivisimpia kiillotuslaikkoja. Tämä ainutlaatuinen kiillotuslaikkasetti luotiin muutamasta valitusta kiillotuslaikasta nykyisestä URO-kiillotuslaikasta sekä muutamasta erityisesti suunnitellusta UUDESTA kiillotuslaikasta. UUSI Harmaa Uro-Wool™ villasekoitelaikka

Buff and Shine esittelee uuden, toisen jäsenen ”Uro Wool” -kiillotuslaikkojen sarjaan.  Uro-Wool Blended -kiillotuslaikka on aggressiivisuudeltaan askeleen 100% villasta koostuvan valkoisen villalaikan alapuolella ja sitä on parannettu patentoidulla villasekoituksella.  Tämä laikka on erityisesti suunniteltu leikkaamaan, mutta jättämään paremman lopputuloksen kuin valkoinen Uro-Wool-villalaikka.

Uro-Wool Blended -kiillotuslaikassa käytetään käsitellyn villan sekoitusta, joka on ”neulottu” laikkaan, ei kierretty.  Neulotun villan suurimpana etuna on se, että nukkaantuminen vähenee ja nukka ei pöllyä ympäri työskentelytilaa!  Neulotun villalaikan pinta on pehmeän tuntuinen, mutta hieman tiheämpi, koska siinä on uusi patentoitu villasekoitus.  Seos valmistetaan erilaisella tuotantoprosessilla kuin valkoinen Uro-Wool-laikka. Neulottu seos pitää kuidut sulautuneina yhteen ja auttaa pitämään kiillotusaineen paremmin laikan pinnalla. Kiillotusainetta imeytyy edelleen, mutta eri nopeudella kuin valkoisella Uro-Wool laikalla, joka on toki monipuolisempi villalaikka.

Huomaat myös, että Uro-Wool-laikassa ei ole käytännössä lainkaan rajapintaa villakuitutyynyn pinnan ja koukkukiinnitteisen taustamateriaalin välillä.  Tämän ansiosta kiillotuskoneen teho ja kiillottajan liikkeet siirtyvät suoremmin ja aktiivisemmin maalipintaan, mikä nopeuttaa kiillotus- ja korjausjaksoja.

Uro-Woolia voidaan käyttää kaikkien kiillotuskoneiden kanssa – suoraveto-rotary, lyhyt- ja pitkäheittoinen epäkesko ja pakottava epäkesko. Kiillotuslaikkoja on saatavana 155mm (6.125″), 130mm (5.125″) ja 80mm (3.125”) halkaisijalla.

Käytä Uro-Wool-laikkojen puhdistamiseen paineilmaa tai sopivaa laikanpuhdistusharjaa. Voit myös käyttää mekaanista laikkapesuria tai pestä ne käsin.

Uro-Fiber™ Finisher mikrokuitulaikka

Jos pidät Buff and Shinen Uro-Fiber kiillotuslaikkojen (mustavalkoisilla kuiduilla) yleisestä suorituskyvystä ja monipuolisuudesta, mutta sinusta tuntuu, että kaipaat hieman enemmän hienosäätöominaisuuksia. Buff and Shine kuunteli Uro-Fiber kiillotuslaikkojen loppukäyttäjien palautetta ja kehitti uuden mikrokuitulaikan, jossa on vakionukan korkeus ja lyhyempi profiili, tarjoaa erinomaisia viimeistelytuloksia erityisesti pehmeämmille maaleille. Reflection Artist kiillotuslaikkasettiin valitut vaahtomuovilaikat valittiin URO-TEC-luokan kiillotuslaikoista. URO-TEC-kiillotuslaikat on valmistettu korkealaatuisesta verkkomaisesta (avosoluisesta) vaahtomuovista, jonka suurempi tiheys vähentää tyynyjen pehmenemistä. Suurin osa ammattilaisista kokee tämän kovassa käytössä koneidensa kanssa.  Tämä johtuu siitä, että avokennorakenne auttaa hajottamaan lämpöä käytön aikana.  Näiden laikkojen täydellinen tasapaino vähentää tärinää ja laikkojen ”hyppimistä”, mikä johtaa parempaan kosketukseen kiillotuspinnan kanssa, mikä taasen lisää kiillotuksen tehokkuutta.

Vaikka kaikki Buff and Shinen URO-TEC-laikat toimivat erinomaisesti lähes minkä tahansa kiillotuskoneen kanssa, Reflection Artist settiin valitut 3 laikkaa ovat erityisesti suositeltu käytettäväksi minkä tahansa epäkesko (DA)-kiillotuskoneen kanssa ja kaikkien maalausjärjestelmien kanssa.  Nämä URO-TEC laikat ovat täydellisesti tasapainossa minkä tahansa tyyppiselle kiillotuskoneelle ja kiillotusjärjestelmälle, joten niissä voidaan käyttää valittuja vaahtomuovilaikkoja.  Valitut kiillotuslaikat ovat: URO-TEC punaruskea – keskileikkaava, UUDELLEEN SUUNNITELTU tummansininen voimakkaasti leikkaava ja keltainen kiillotus/viimeistely.

If you are not already familiar, the Reflection Artist™ Pad Line by Buff and Shine Manufacturing is a select combination of some the most innovative pads available in the industry today. This unique pad combination was created from a select few pads from our current URO pad line, as well as some specially designed NEW pads created to complete this ALL-IN-ONE pad system! NEW Grey Uro-Wool™ Blend pad
Buff and Shine Manufacturing is excited to introduce our second wool member to the “Uro Wool” pad line.  The Uro-Wool Blended pad is a step below our 100% white wool pad in aggressiveness and enhanced with a proprietary wool blend.  This pad is specifically designed to cut but leave a better finish than our white Uro-Wool.
The Uro-Wool Blended pad uses a blend of processed wool that is “knitted” onto the pad, not twisted.  The biggest advantage of knitted wool is the minimal amount of lint floating around the shop!  The face of the knitted wool pad is soft to the touch but slightly denser because of the proprietary blend.  The blend consists of a process different than our white Uro-Wool pad keeping the fibers fused together which helps keep product more on the face of the pad.  Product will still be absorbed but at a different rate than the white Uro-Wool being a more versatile wool pad.
You will also notice that the Uro-Wool pad has virtually no interface between the wool fiber pad face and the hook-and-loop backing material.  This allows the power of the polisher and the movement of the technician to transfer more directly and actively to the paint surface, resulting in faster polishing and correction cycles.
Uro-Wool can be used with all polishing machines—simple rotary, dual-action, random-orbit, long-throw, high-action, gear-driven.  The pads are available in 155mm (6.125”), 130mm (5.125”) and 80mm (3.125”) widths.
To clean Uro-Wool pads, use compressed air or an appropriate pad brush.  You can also use a mechanical pad washer or wash them by hand.

Uro-Fiber™ Finisher micro fiber pad

If you like the overall performance and versatility of Buff and Shine’s Uro-Fiber pads (with the “black and white” fibers), but you felt like you needed just a bit more fine-finishing capability, then you will appreciate Uro-Fiber Finisher Pads.  Buff and Shine listened to the feedback from end-users of Uro-Fiber pads and engineered a new microfiber pad with a standard pile height and shorter profile that provides great finishing results, especially on softer paints.
It is still possible to cut and finish with the Uro-Fiber Finisher pads, but most technicians will prefer to have the one-two punch we like to call “The Uro-Fiber Twins”.  Start with the versatility of the Uro-Fiber pads for cutting and polishing, then bring the paint to an amazing finish with the Uro-Fiber Finisher.

The foam pads chosen for the Reflection Artist Lineup were selected from our URO-TEC category of pads.  URO-TEC pads are made with high-quality reticulated (open cell) euro foam with a higher density that will reduce pad softening that some technicians experience during heavy use with their machines.  This is because the open cell construction helps to disperse heat during use.  The perfect balance of these pads reduces vibration and pad ”hopping”, which leads to superior contact with the polishing surface, which increases polishing efficiency.
Although all Buff and Shine’s URO-TEC pads will work great with virtually any polisher, the 3 pads selected for the Reflection Artist Line are especially favored to be used with any DA polishers and used with any paint systems chosen.  These URO-TEC pads are perfectly balanced for any types of polishers or polishing systems, hence a perfect addition of foam pads to be added.  These pads are – URO-TEC maroon – medium cut, NEWLY DESIGNED dark blue heavy polish and yellow polish/finish.
